Quinoa kichidi 

1/4 cup quinoa 
1/4 cup masoor dal
1/4 cup moong dal
1/2 tsp haldi
Salt to taste
2 cups water 
1 onion, finely chopped
A nice big cup of mixed veggies - i used tomato, carrot, french beans, peas
Jeera, hing, ginger garlic paste (or whole) 
Chopped coriander
Lemon 

Recipe is the usual! As you would make a regular kichidi. Just that this one is minus the rice, with quinoa which is SO much better for you!
