Slow Sunday's and Banana Muffins 
Because.... not everyday....is a hustle...

Here's the recipe 
No sugar, no butter, no maida 

Ingredients 
1 mashed Banana 
1 egg
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp oil 
1tsp vanilla extract 
3/4 cup wheat flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
A pinch of salt
A handful of dried or fresh blueberries or can even use chocolate chips 

Combine the wet ingredients and mix well
Add the flour, baking soda and salt to the wet ingredients and mix well. Throw in the blueberries/choc chips. 
Preheat the oven at 180C
Fill the muffin liners to the top. Bake at 180C for about 15 to 18 min

Makes 6 muffins
