Yesterday....

Was too exhausted to write a proper post yesterday after the buzz of competing and the drive home!!

What a day, my best look to date and secured the overall title for womens physique!

This prep has been incredible. My body has responded better this time and staying tight after my last show in 2025 has been the key 🔑 

My first ever show working with amanda_winston_ifbb_pro and its been a game changer. I have absolutely loved being coached by another female and also by a woman who totally relates to my body!!

Massive thank you obviously firstly to Amanda. We have only worked together for 12 weeks but it feels like we have been working together so much longer. It’s just a natural fit. Brought my best look so far and now we hunt down the pro card 💳

I also thank my previous coach charliegarforth for getting me to an amazing point to set this prep up. Without that start I wouldn’t have achieved this look, so thank you again. ❤️
