First show back out after 2 years! 
6th out of 24 seasoned IFBB Pro girls 👏 
Last feedback was we needed more size and density to her physique! 3.5kg stage weight added with good quality on her small frame has got us back where we belong!! 1st call-outs! 👌

We knew going into this we had the best Jessica to date!! The prep was smooth, her condition was coming easily and she was holding performance better than ever!! Each week we had the ability to run 2 x High days across the weekend and we kept this setup the whole way to the show!! I’m a big believer that if it’s not broke we don’t try and fix it!! 💪

Looks wise… I’m absolutely buzzin! She’s landed perfectly first run out.. fullness is spot on, conditioning just right and skin colour and tan etc / overall presentation she’s bang on the money!! From here we know we can do a few tweaks to her posing to improve and show off her physique & ratios to a higher standard! But looks wise, we will be running show number 2 with a similar look! We both agree it’s her at her best! 🙏

Proud coach moment here! Jessica has had her ups and downs but she’s back, stronger than ever, better than ever and she’s not here to make up numbers! 
The IFBB Pro Bikini devision is no joke! The standard is elite and that’s what we are thriving for!!
