💁‍♂️Ya know what…? People, in general, rarely “quit” anything. They simply - miss a class. Then they miss the lesson. Then they miss a chapter. Then they miss one chance to reach out. They might miss a dinner gathering. They miss a phone call. They miss a workout. They miss out on a walk & talk in the park with a friend. They just stop showing up & then they forget about their DREAM, their WHY & the mentoring they sought out in the first place & then they… they find themselves frustrated, disconnected & then… reaching for excuses. 🤷‍♂️ #buttheyneverreallyQUIT #yagetit?

So, here I am goofin with my Brother, Keith, before boarding the flight to Phoenix! We’re joining some friends, family & partners for a faith, family, finances, fitness, food, fun & filanthropy driven weekend! 

What are the most important things in life to you? What are you going to do about them?! What does “Freedom” mean to you? Many are mistaken, that it’s just about money… well it ain’t! 🚫 It is about “committing” to personal HEALTH & the personal TIME to build, learn, understand, nurture, grow & enjoy that healthy freedom lifestyle with those who were a part of that “WHY” we designed - before the world beat us up! And guess what, that design & pursuit takes resources: time, talent, treasure, energy, relationships, knowledge, application, patience… & TIME ⏳ for it to alllll play out.
