Hey IG fam, I shared these “before & after” images in a previous post on FB, but didn’t share this perspective…

During the final months on the road to recovery from my right arm & shoulder surgery in April, I found exponential progress & mobility… 🦾❤️‍🩹 …then a friend reminded me, “That’s about the time you started using MOA & stretching progress went thru the roof.” I was like… ohhhh yeah!
