A Full Circle Moment 🌟

This week, I won the Table Topics Competition at Toastmasters an impromptu speaking challenge that tests your ability to think and speak on the spot. And while I’m proud of this win, what it represents means even more to me.

People often say,
“You’re such a great speaker. You articulate well. You inspire so naturally.”

But here’s the truth:
Even the coach needs a coach. Even the speaker needs practice.

A year ago, I made a commitment to become a stronger, more confident communicator especially in unscripted moments. I started training with my coach Roddy and joined Toastmasters so I could practice, grow, and be surrounded by others doing the same.

James Clear says: “Put yourself in an environment where the desired behavior is the normal behavior.”
That quote guided me.

This win isn’t just about a trophy. It’s about the power of showing up. The courage to be seen. And the growth that happens when you stay committed, even when it’s uncomfortable.

If you’ve set a goal that feels far away, remember this: Growth may not be instant, but it is inevitable when you keep showing up.
