Today, on International Leadership Day, we also celebrate the birthday of someone who has transformed the very meaning of leadership for millions johncmaxwell 

His teachings have shaped my journey as a leader, coach, and human being. One of the greatest lessons I’ve learned from his work is this:

“Leadership is not about titles, positions, or flowcharts. It is about one life influencing another.”

True leadership isn’t about power, it’s about influence, service, and the ability to help others grow. It’s about creating space for others to shine, unlocking potential, and fostering an environment where everyone thrives.
