Be not afraid of growing slowly, be afraid of standing still. 

Yesterday while on a coaching with one of my girls I realized how much I've grown the last 4 years. It didn't happen over night it was a process and I'm really glad that I got to enjoy myself and really allowed myself to appreciate the process of becoming. 
sometimes we're get so caught up and we're so focused on where we want to be that we forget to apreciate where we are.  As long as  you're moving on the right direction you'll get to your destination.
