It's only fair to return to form, to have #authorship
Over my actions, even when I cannot control the outcomes.

It is not control over others

It is not domination

It is not emotional numbness

It is not "everything will go my way"

Because I am in the era whereveven in loss, even in uncertainty, even when staying or leaving is unresolved, I show up in everyday life and I say through my concious actions & aligned words:

"I will keep my role clean."

"I choose where I place my emotional energy."

"I can accept reality without collapsing."

"I can create, even while grieving."

"I don't need permission to live aligned."

She is quiet.

Won't shout.

Won't convince.

Life stands its ground and I am rooted in myself while life is rearranging around me.

That's not pathology, 
That is an adaptation.
