Thanks to those followers who dare to go into the past of my #insagram timeline, it brings me a part of myself back to me. 

I find an inspiration to write a poem about my most favorite #mountains while turning the wheels of time as a #mother Simultaneously I embrace the Bairagi Banjaran in me who got lost somewhere ... Probably still in the valley. Alone. Enough. Whole.

Here we go.

⛰️ Beckoning Dhauladhar ⛰️

The mountains called my name softly, 
through the silver hush of rain. 
Each day I walked their glistening paths not knowing when the drizzle would 
shift into a quiet snowfall, 
white whispers settling on my shoulders like blessings I didn’t know I’d earned.

Dhauladhar was never just a path I walked; 
it was the place I called home 
a place that rested in my heart, 
as if I was it's home too, 
held gently in its vast, patient breath.

The rainy Dhauladhar lived with me, 
not just in the sky or the ridge, 
but deep in my nervous system 
a rhythm under my skin, 
a breath inside my breath.

Its beauty still rises in me, 
visible in my calm smile, 
in the way my heart widens 
when the world grows heavy.

Dhauladhar is beckoning again 
a gentle pull across the distance. 
And I sing in gratitude, for every step, 
every storm, every softness 
that carved me into who I am.

I carry a promise to return
with everything I have become, 
with everyone who shaped me, 
so I may stand before those mountains and become one yet again.
