#wholeheartedly Sending out the benefit of my practice to every single mother out there who is sick, exhausted, feeling lonely or just doubting herself - you can do anything Mumma - don't forget you created an entire human being inside you. Not every womb has been able to do that. There's a reason behind it and no shame or shaming - it's just destiny. 

You were chosen for a purpose.
Never forget you are the reason for the purest energy.
You are the universe. 
You are the cosmic creator.
You ARE the source of energy.

#sidenote gregoryalanisakov must be my some sort of musical #soulbrother how his music finds its way in the truths of my life. Its an understatement when I say that His music brings order to my chaos, like a warm hand reaching out for mine when I am giving it all that I have got. 

Most definitely it's not just a sensory experience, his music has found the way to my soul time and again in different phases of life. For example, the song that I have given instructions to my friends to play on my funeral is by this genius artist only.

Now this gem "sweet heat lightning" fits like a glove to one dimension of my motherhood journey. The line "my mother's house is empty" hits home and I see myself playing in my mother's house without a care in the world and filling it with love, laughter and light which will stay with her and around her no matter when, no matter where - mother daughter love is like that. 

I am filled with more love in this musical resonance. If I ever meet Gregory - I would make him his favourite warm drink tea or hot chocolate or indian culinary Daal as an act of heartfelt #gratitude Hope we meet on a snowy day with smiles as wide as a frozen river.
