This is your stomach when you eat slowly… vs when you rush your meals. 👀

If you’re finishing in under 10 minutes, your body doesn’t stand a chance.

When you eat too fast:

💨 You swallow excess air → bloating & discomfort

🧠 Your brain hasn’t registered fullness yet

🍽️ You override natural hunger signals

Your brain needs about 15–20 minutes to say “I’m full.”

If you eat faster than that, by the time the signal kicks in… you’ve already overeaten.

Slowing down changes everything:

✔️ Better chewing = easier digestion

✔️ Less air = less bloating

✔️ Stronger fullness signals = naturally fewer calories

Weight loss isn’t always about eating less.

Sometimes it’s about eating slower. ⏳✨

Your gut works better when you give it time to keep up.
