🇮🇹 Un' onesta riflessione sull'anno più difficile della mia vita, in occasione del mio compleanno.

A 31 anni:
- Ho quasi perso la vita in un incidente;
- Ho rischiato di perdere una delle persone per me più importanti a causa di un cancro;
- Ho perso la stima in me stesso e in quello che avevo creato negli ultimi 10 anni;
- Ho perso di vista i miei sogni e le mie ambizioni.

Il PERDERE tanto mi ha permesso di focalizzarmi su quali fossero le cose davvero importanti per me e di dedicarmi a queste, e quali invece fossero quelle che non potevo controllare, imparando a lasciarle andare. 

Ciò mi ha permesso di arrivare oggi, ai miei 32 anni, avendo ritrovato:

- L'AMORE per me stesso e le persone al mio fianco;
- Un lavoro che mi stimola a Dubai;
- La strada che mi ha permesso di tornare a sognare, lasciandomi alle spalle un paese che non mi aveva permesso di farlo;
- Il sorriso.

Senza perderci non avremmo l' occasione di ritrovarci e di capire quanto questo possa essere gratificante.

Ci permette di scavare più a fondo di quanto mai fatto prima, consentendoci di capire chi siamo e cosa vogliamo.  Le esperienze ci cambiano.

🇬🇧 An honest reflection on the toughest year of my life - on my BIRTHDAY... 👆

 At 31:
 - I almost lost my life in an accident;
 - I risked losing the most important person in my life to cancer;
 - I lost esteem in myself and in what I had created over the last 10 years;
 - I lost sight of my dreams and ambitions.

LOSING so much allowed me to focus on the things that really matter to me while understanding the ones I can't control, and  learning to let them go.

All of this helped me to get to today, my 32nd birthday having found again:

 - The LOVE for myself and the people by my side;
 - A job that I love, being surrounded by an amazing team in Dubai;
-  The path to achieve my dreams;
 - The smile.

If we never lose ourselves, we may never understand how gratifying it is to find ourselves again. 

It allows for us to dig deeper than we ever have before, revealing the truth about who we are and what we want. Experiences change us.
