The dust and dirt may have been flying at the Buffalo Roundup, but it certainly wasn't at the BestWestern locations I stayed at in South Dakota & Wyoming. 

I was excited to partner with Best Western during my recent trip to help promote the new look guest experience, as part of their "We Care Clean" program.

We are all wary about getting back to traveling, so Best Western has a few key areas of focus to help put your mind at ease:

• Front desk & lobby: along with social distancing, a new streamlined check-in & out process will minimize guest contact.

• Guest Room & Housekeeping: enhanced cleaning protocols will be implemented, including all major touch points being cleaned with chemicals aimed at killing COVID-19. When possible, rooms will not be entered for 24 to 72 hours after check-out.

• Breakfast Offerings: the locations I stayed at featured an enhanced 'Grab & Go" bag with pre-packaged food and beverages. Perfect for my early mornings!

• Public Amenities: when allowed, fitness centers & swimming pools are cleaned with disinfecting chemicals. Hand sanitizer & wipes are provided in all public areas.

• Hotel Staff: must follow strict cleaning guidelines, including Personal Protective Equipment. Housekeepers wear both gloves and a mask.

The staff was great at each location, immediately making me feel comfortable and safe. Always a great feeling to have out on the road! #ad
