When you want your photography business to be successful, it's easy to get caught up in the hustle, to believe that non-stop work is the path to success. I for one DO NOT believe in the “hustle hustle hustle” mentality. I’m a major advocate for mental and physical health.

We've seen it glamorized, but let's be real – the constant grind isn't the secret to success like so many people will make you believe. Success doesn't come from denying yourself of rest, or spending more time surrounded by screens and your desk rather than spending time with friends and family..

Instead, it's about working smart, finding balance, and understanding that your well-being matters as much as your business. It's about setting boundaries, valuing your time, and building a sustainable, thriving business that allows you to enjoy not only the journey but also the rewards.
