And Today I conclude my 7 month project — PROJECT THE BEST SHAPE OF MY LIFE 💪🏼🙌🏼🔥 A weight loss and running endurance program I created to be in the best shape Ive ever been before. not only physically but most importantly mentally.

During this project my main goal was not only to get better at running but also lose weight and reshape my body by reducing the size of my legs and add more definition to my abdomen area. 

This process was completely clean from any fat burning pills, preworkouts or any other unnatural substances. The only supplement I was and will continue to use are multivitamins and IV therapy( will talk more about this later)

Why 7 month ? Because I wanted to retrain my brain to think of long term goals and not just a temporary , short fix. Also, it allowed me to enjoy all the foods ( and drinks🍹 🤭 ) that I love and not restrict myself from anything, specially for the holidays season and birthday festivities, as long as it was within my daily caloric target. 

I said today I finished the program but it doesn’t mean im going back to my old ways, it only means that im happy with the shape and weight that I am in right now but I am going to continue to get my body stronger and get better at running and any other sports activities I decide to participate in 🫡💪🏼🙌🏼
