We brought together 20+ founders, investors, and operators for our first Jeffersonian Dinner on Building in the AI Era. 🇬🇧

It was a space where founders  could think out loud, challenge each other, and share what is actually happening inside their companies.

What the room surfaced:

➡️ AI is moving faster than most teams can absorb. The last 8 weeks felt more disruptive than the last 2 years. The ROI is real. Keeping up is the hard part.

➡️ Founders are tripling revenue without adding headcount. Sounds exciting until you consider what that means for teams, roles, and the future of work. 2026 is shaping up to be a decisive year.

➡️ Europe's edge is bigger than the narrative suggests. The founders building from here tackle harder problems — but without the capital or network density to scale locally, that advantage tends to compound somewhere else. The question is whether Europe is building an ecosystem or a talent pipeline for others.

The evening did not produce easy answers. It produced better questions. And that is exactly the point.
