Some highlights from the week:

🤖 AI: hype vs. reality. Entrepreneurs agreed that AI boosts productivity, but the real opportunity lies ahead in transforming industries.

💡 Building extraordinary teams. In a fireside chat with our partner Payoneer, CEO John Caplan shared how radical transparency and simple frameworks keep talent front and center.

🙏 What really matters. Professor Shikhar Ghosh left the room in silence with a powerful reminder: don’t sacrifice what you cannot afford to lose for what you do not need.

As Endeavor Entrepreneur Alejandro Artacho (Spotahome) put it: “Before coming here I was wrestling with a few key decisions. Now I have much more clarity on what I’m going to do… Identify the few little things that really matter and move the needle.”
