We just wrapped up our first Executive Education program of the year at mitsloan bringing together 30+ founders and key leaders from Latin America, Asia-Pacific, Europe, and MENA to dive into the future of innovation.

Some key takeaways:
🤖AI isn’t just about cost-cutting. The real opportunity is AI-driven revenue generation, “do more with less”.
🏆Success at scale isn’t linear. It demands constant pivots, ecosystems, and network effects.
💻Design for platforms, not products. Growth comes from platforms that unlock networks, not just products with features.

The future will require resilience amid AI, policy, and capital-market uncertainty. The winners of tomorrow will be those who can harness AI while staying grounded in their communities’ real needs.
