Hey everyone,

I want to share a piece of my journey with you all. For so long I wanted to share my Running story and I just feel that now is the right time to do so, so here we go…  Just a few years ago, I was more focused on the next party than on my health and dreams. My life was filled with late nights, but something felt missing.

One day, I decided to put on a pair of running shoes. From the very first run, I fell in love. Running introduced me to my real self — a side of me that I didn’t know yet. 🌟

With each run, I discovered strength I never knew I had. With each run, I felt stronger — not just physically, but mentally. Running became my therapy, my time to reflect and grow. It transformed my life in ways I couldn’t have imagined.

Today, I’m not just a runner; I’m a woman dedicated to self-development and achieving dreams and it all started with that one run. Today, Every mile I conquer symbolizes the distance I’ve traveled from my past lifestyle 🏃🏻‍♀️💪🏼

Today, I feel that running has been a gift to me from God and now, my gift to the world is to continue to spread the message about the benefits of running and how it can transform peoples life. I want to help others make that transformation. If you’re feeling stuck, know that change is possible. One step, one mile, one day at a time. Let’s achieve our dreams. We got this🏃🏻‍♀️💪🏼🌟✨
