The eye roll, the “It’s just a trend.” “Everyone’s a little ADHD these days.” “You just need to try harder”

If you’ve heard these words lately, this letter is for you. And for the people who said them.
A diagnosis isn’t a trendy accessory or a convenient excuse. For most of us, it is the first time in our lives we’ve stopped drowning in labels like ‘lazy’ or ‘difficult’ and finally found a compass to navigate a world that wasn’t built for our brains. 🧭

We aren’t asking for special treatment. We’re asking for the same grace given to any other biological reality.
