Labels aren’t the enemy… 🏷️

I know for some labels can perhaps feel overwhelming but it can also be so validating. 

We’re not searching for “labels” we’re searching for understanding and awareness. ❤️‍🩹

Labels give neurodivergent people access to support, research, resources and self-understanding that guessing can’t provide.
Clarity leads to better coping tools, compassion and less confusion. 

Labels aren’t the enemy the misuse and stereotyping of them is.
