LOVE this recipe so much! 🍅

-Smoked sundried tomato and butter bean pate… 

🧡 Ingredients:
1 tin of butter beans 
around 140g grams of sundried tomato 
1 tsp paprika 
1 tsp dill 
1 tsp thyme 
3 big squeezes of lemon
1/2 - 1 tsp of salt (depending on preference)
1/2 tsp black pepper 
1 tsp tomato puree 
1 garlic clove
a good few glugs of olive oil, around 5 tbsp or can just keep adding till you get right consistency.

🧡 Method:
1) Blend all your ingredients in a blender until smooth (or can leave it course if prefer) 
2) serve with your favourite crusty bread!
