We’ve been thinking a lot at Buffer about what AI really means for how we work. 💙

In a recent internal note, Jenny Terry, our VP of Finance and Operations, shared an approach that feels very true to how we want to navigate this shift: with thoughtfulness, support, and room to learn.

That’s showing up in practical ways across Buffer, from an expanded AI stipend and upgraded computer specs to shared tools like Claude Team and clearer guidance for responsible experimentation. ✨

AI is moving quickly, and we know that can feel both exciting and uncomfortable. We’re trying to make space for both as we learn, test, share what’s useful, and figure out what sustainable adoption really looks like.

It’s still early, but we’re excited by the opportunity to build better systems, work more fluidly, and support our team through the shift! 🤩
