I’ve gained around 6 kilos due to some health issues — and honestly, it hasn’t been easy. It took me a long time to adjust, both physically and mentally. For months, I avoided buying new clothes because I didn’t want to admit I needed a bigger size. I kept squeezing into my old wardrobe, hoping it would magically fit again.

But lately, I’ve realized: life doesn’t wait for you to be a certain size. And your body is not a problem to be solved — it’s your home, especially when it’s been through a lot.
