How many women around you are fighting battles you cannot see?

Earlier this week on Monday, I posted on my story asking women who live with PCOS, fibroids, or other chronic health conditions to send me a DM.

I honestly did not expect the number of messages that came in.

So many women quietly living with things that affect their bodies, their confidence, their daily lives…From all the messages I received, I was able to capture three women’s real stories.

And I won’t lie… filming these interviews was harder than I expected. There were moments I had tears in my eyes because when something is not happening directly to you, it is very easy to underestimate the weight of what someone else is carrying.

Listening to these women reminded me that empathy matters. The fact that something is not your personal reality does not mean it isn’t someone else’s everyday battle.

PCOS alone affects 1 in every 10 women worldwide, and many people still do not know they have it because the symptoms are not always obvious. Sometimes the signs are subtle, sometimes they are dismissed, and sometimes women simply learn to live with the discomfort in silence.

Which is why conversations like this matter.
This video you’re watching is just a short glimpse.

I couldn’t bring myself to reduce their experiences to a 90-second clip, so I’ll be sharing each woman’s full story for the rest of the day.

First story drops 10AM.
Second story 12 PM.
Third story 4PM.

Please watch them when they go up. Listen to them. Share them.

Because when we create space for women to speak about their health, their struggles, and their realities, we move one step closer to a world that actually understands them.
