I made Progress daily without burning out Anymore. And you can too (EVEN with a busy schedule).

Productivity hacks are NOT real only BALANCE.

1. Define your most important goal 
↳ What 1 priority project or task will have the biggest impact?

2. Break it down into small daily tasks
↳ Make a realistic goals checklist for each ending week, I use my whiteboard, Classify into daily, weekly and monthly tasks. 

3. Set boundaries around work time
↳ Protect time for family, health, self-care. I go run in the morning, workout at night. I pick up my daughter at 4pm. With my angel, no Phone!

4. Create accountability checks 
↳ Share your plan and progress with a friend, Jean-Yves Lien is my business partner and best friend.  

5. Celebrate small wins
↳ Reward milestones to stay motivated, in the weekend I spend time with island friends and go eat foods. Because food is life!
