Crispy Beef Cones! 🍦  This meal was absolutely delicious and so fun to make! First, I cut some slimmingworld wraps in half, formed them into cones, and gave them a quick fry with Frylight before a few minutes in the oven for that perfect crisp. Then, I cooked up some beef mince with onions, red peppers, and mushrooms, seasoned it with taco seasoning, tomato puree, and a splash of beef stock. Let it simmer until all those flavors married together, then filled my crispy cones, topped them with some glorious HXA cheese, and popped them back in the oven until melty and golden.
