I’ve always been terrified of carbonara the whole raw egg, don’t scramble it thing stressed me out 😅
But I have to admit… the jdseasonings pack made it ridiculously easy. The instructions were foolproof and the result? Unreal.

I added onions, spinach, and bacon from the_gourmet_butcher_wales (honestly the best butcher in the city).
This was a remastered carbonara moment so good I’ve already ordered three more packs 😂 #slimmingworld slimmingworld
