As some of my long-term followers will know, I went on the injection in January 2025 and it worked marvellously 🤩 for me. I was losing weight every single week, I was in my element!

Being post-menopausal, it also helped my symptoms so much that I was able to come off HRT completely, which was life-changing. Sadly though, I had to stop the injection due to the price hikes. I did try another brand, but it just wasn’t for me at all.

So by end of October, through November and December, I was completely off everything… and let’s just say Christmas happened 😅🎄🍫🍷
In the first week of January, I knew it was time to refocus on me and my health, so I rejoined Slimming World.

That first weigh-in? I was fully expecting a 2 stone gain I felt awful after all the Christmas food (and let’s not forget the bottles of Baileys… I was OUT OF CONTROL 😂).
The result? +12lb… and honestly, I took it and ran 🏃‍♀️💨

Then came week one back on plan and WOW. So much has changed, it genuinely feels like a brand-new plan. I threw myself into it, gave it my absolute all… and BOOM 💥 12lb GONE!
That wiped out all the weight from coming off the injection and Christmas 🎉

This week? A further 2.5lb down 🤯
That’s over a STONE lost in just two weeks!!!

I am honestly SO happy 🥹💖
I’m continuing my countdown over 110lb down and absolutely BUZZING ⚡
And get this… I’m 5lb away from a stone bracket I haven’t seen in YEARS 😆🙌
