From student to teacher… from nervous to knowing. ✨ Today, I stood fully in my purpose …soft, grounded, and in flow. My YTT final reminded me that this is my rightful place. I taught Restorative Yoga, but truth is… it taught me. Months of showing up, stretching, studying, surrendering… led to this. A full room. A full circle moment. And this… is just the beginning. 

Because when Spirit says ‘you got this,’ believe Her.
