What started as loss…
became alignment. ✨

The day I lost my job,
I gained something far greater 
a scholarship to attend Healing the Root,
a BIPOC Sangha Retreat at kripalucenter
led by hawahkasat.

For days we breathed, moved, and shared in community.
We healed — together.

Kripalu reminded me of what I’m building with Haus of Ntr a sanctuary where rest is the new flex,
and healing is a collective act. 🕊️
