Do bathrooms sell houses?

Bathrooms are deal-breakers (or makers) in a home sale, and they are one of the higher return projects you can do on a project.

We love a nasty bathroom because it means we can get our creative juices flowing and have some fun.

This bathroom was on one of our more recent projects. It was small, so it took some careful planning to get the best use of the space. We took a bath out and put in a really good sized walk-in shower.
