關於 LaGuardia Community College，雖然有免學費補助，但當時拮据到連生活費都沒有，一天只有 $5 美金的情況下，只讀一個學期就撐不下去了，當時在外面肚子真的好餓。

我在剛到紐約時，不會英文、沒人引領下莫名其妙報了這間學校，結果離我當時的家開車要一個半小時才會到⋯更不用說去其他地方半工半讀了。當時無助到像個嬰兒，卻不能用哭來讓別人解決問題。
