St Mark’s, North Audley Street was once a place of worship. Deconsecrated in 1974, it spent three decades on England’s Historic Heritage Risk Register. But today, thanks to a two-year, £5 million restoration by Grosvenor Estates, this Grade I-listed landmark has been reborn as one of London’s most vibrant cultural hubs: Mercato Metropolitano Mayfair.

Two floors of global cuisine, a rooftop terrace, a wine cellar, and a community space now fill this once-silent hall. Yet, the past still speaks in the preserved stonework, soaring arches, and the commitment to sustainability that reflects Mercato’s ethos.
