For dough:
Maida 2 cups
Warm water 1/3 cup
Yeast 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Egg 1
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp

For chicken:
Chicken 1/2 kg
Oil 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Schezwan sauce 2-3 tbsp
Onion 1 medium
Capsicum 1 large
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Tomato sauce 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Chicken powder 1 tsp
Tikka masala 1 tsp(optional)
Coriander leaves
 
Maida slurry 
Mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup
Bread crumbs for coating 
Oil for frying
