Coriander leaves

Salt 1 tsp
Pepper powder 1 tsp
Chilli flakes 1 tsp
Garam masala 1tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1/2
Cream 3tbsp
Oil for frying kofta

For masala:
Oil 2 tbsp
Onion 2 medium 
Green chilli 2
Cashews 8-10
Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tbsp
Whole spices (clove 2, cinnamon stick 1 small, cardamom 2)
Salt 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Chilli flakes 1 tsp
Garam masala 1tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Kasuri methi 1 tsp
Curd 1/3 cup
Cream 1/4 cup 
Coriander leaves
