Salt 1 tsp
Chilli powder 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tbsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Kasuri methi 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic powder 1 1/2 tbsp
Food color
Oil 3 tbsp
Whole spices (clove 2, cardamom 2, cinnamon stick 1 small, zeera 1/2 tsp)
Coriander leaves 
Lemon juice 1/2 
Maida 2 tbsp
Water as required to make slurry
Oil fir frying
