Slow Cooker BBQ Brisket (KISS Method) 🥩🔥

If you’re a woman over 40 trying to lose belly fat, listen up! 🎧

Fat loss does NOT require complicated recipes or eating like a rabbit.

Most women struggle because they don’t eat enough protein and overcomplicate their meals.

Here’s a recipe I ate over and over again when I lost over 100 pounds after 40 and rebuilt the best body of my life at 50.

Simple. High protein. Real food.

That’s the KISS Method ….Keep It Simple & Sustainable.

This brisket takes about 2 minutes to prep, then the slow cooker does all the work.

Perfect for meal prep, busy moms, or anyone who wants fat loss without living in the kitchen.

Ingredients

• 3–3.5 lb beef brisket
• 1 cup BBQ sauce (sugar free) sbrbbq
• ¾ cup beef broth
• 1 large onion, sliced
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 1 tsp chili powder
• Salt + black pepper to taste

Optional KISS swap….
Skip the brown sugar and use sugar-free BBQ sauce sbrbbq to lower carbs, or swap out the brown sugar with allulose #Allulose

Instructions

1️⃣ Season brisket with salt, pepper, paprika, and chili powder.

2️⃣ Add sliced onion and garlic to the bottom of the slow cooker.

3️⃣ Place brisket on top.

4️⃣ In a bowl mix BBQ sauce, broth, and Worcestershire sauce.

5️⃣ Pour sauce over brisket.

6️⃣ Cook on LOW 8–10 hours or HIGH 5–6 hours.

7️⃣ Remove brisket, shred or slice.

8️⃣ Return to sauce and coat well.

The biggest mistake women over 40 make with fat loss is not prioritizing protein.

Build your meals around 30–40g of protein, keep ingredients simple, and stay consistent.

That’s how I lost 100+ pounds and kept it off.
