This is how disorganised attachment blocks your manifestations.
When one part of you pulls something in and the other part pushes it away.

Your attachment style isn’t just about romance.
It shapes how you relate to opportunity, money, visibility, success, and the things you say you want.
It dictates how you go after what you need and what you desire.

Disorganised attachment is basically two conflicting strategies living inside one body.
One part reaches for connection or expansion because it wants safety and love.
The other part retreats because it learned that closeness, success or being seen might come with pain, loss of autonomy and on the condition of self-abandonment.
So you end up in this push pull dance with the very things you’re trying to call in.

I’m doing an incredible course with carmenshasta right now and one of the biggest themes is coherence.
If you want the opportunity but fear you can’t hold it…
If you want the relationship but fear intimacy…
If you want more money but don’t believe you’re safe with it…
Your system is sending mixed signals.
And that split lives in your nervous system, not your mindset.

One step you can take today is this:
Name the desire, then ask your body what it is afraid of.
Sit with the fear for a moment, breathe into it, and offer it reassurance instead of bypassing it.
Coherence begins when your desire and your body stop arguing.

If you’re ready to shift your self concept and reprogram your nervous system to actually hold what you’re calling in, my Glow Up Codes self concept guide is linked in my bio.
