No one warns you that calling in your dream life also means unravelling everything that’s not aligned with it.

It’s not just vision boards and manifesting, it’s facing your blocks, grieving old identities, letting go of people and patterns, rewiring your self-concept, and stepping into the raw vulnerability of being fully seen.

It’s uncomfortable, messy, and often lonely. 
But it’s also the threshold where your true expansion begins.

It means… 

Facing the blocks with it that stand in your way of receiving 

Questioning and shifting your belief systems

Rewiring your identity and self concept 

Becoming aware of what you truly believe is attainable for you 

Grieving the life you thought you wanted and the time spent chasing the wrong things 

Letting go of people, things, dynamics and roles that don’t align with where you’re going 

Allowing yourself to be seen, fully

Practicing radical honesty, especially with yourself

Getting really good at identifying and expressing your boundaries 

Accepting that others wont always approve or understand your path

Embracing vulnerability and releasing perfectionism 

Welcoming discomfort and change 

Releasing yourself of shame, guilt and old stories about who you are and what you’re capable of 

Surrendering to the things out of your control and taking full ownership of the things that are

You don’t just create a new life without creating the new you that aligns with that life.
