I know a little something about life not always going to plan 😅 and sometimes we’re thrown some curveballs that are genuinely out of our control. 

You don’t always get to choose how your life plays out, but you damn sure get to choose how you respond to it and what you do with the hand you’re dealt. 

I was sick for 7 years and I didn’t know when or how I’d make it to the other side but I always knew I would. 

I didn’t choose to have a chronic but I decided that getting sick wasn’t going to be how my story ended.

I decided that when I was 12 and had my first health crash and still left home and moved to London at 16. I decided that when I was 17 and had my second crash and went on to become a bodybuilder, built this page and my own business at 22. I decided that when I was 25 and I had my third, longest and worst crash. I’m rebuilding an even better life for myself at 32 than the one a lost at 25. 

I will make this decision again and again if necessary. 
I choose life. I choose happiness. I choose expansion. 
I choose faith. I choose hope. I choose courage. 

And none of that means I scape past grief or anger or fear or pain. A full life means all of it.
I embrace all of it. 
I feel all of it. 

I get knocked down. I lose hope and sight of the vision at times but relentlessly I will pick myself up, dust myself off and ask myself;
Is this how your story ends?

Then I choose. 

I am unwaveringly, unapologetically, irrevocably dedicated
to writing my happy endings.
