KZN is known for its litchis, so a litchi matcha was inevitable 🍃✨ Earthy matcha, floral litchi, creamy coconut milk — elite combo.

Recipe (1 serving):
• 6–8 fresh litchis, peeled & deseeded
• ½ cup (125 ml) coconut milk
• 1 tsp matcha powder
• ½ cup (125 ml) hot water (about 80°C, not boiling)
• ¼ cup litchi juice (freeze into ice cubes)

Blend litchis with coconut milk until smooth.
Whisk matcha with hot water.
Add litchi coconut milk + litchi ice cubes to a glass, pour over matcha, stir & enjoy 🍃
