This tiny plant is naturally caffeine-free, rich in antioxidants, gut-friendly, and gentle on the stomach — making it the perfect base for a refreshing iced tea.

Here’s my go-to Rooibos & Grapefruit Iced Tea — fruity, crisp, and packed with goodness:

✨ Recipe

4 cups water
4 rooibos tea bags (or 6–8g loose rooibos)
1 cup mixed wild berries (fresh or frozen)
2–3 Tbsp honey or agave (to taste)
1 cup fresh grapefruit juice
Ice cubes + grapefruit slices to serve

Method
1️⃣Simmer berries + rooibos in 4 cups water for 10 minutes.
2️⃣Strain into a jug. Stir in honey, grapefruit juice, and 2 cups cold water.
3️⃣Chill in the fridge until cold.
4️⃣Serve over ice with grapefruit slices + berries.
