So in my last reel, I showed you how to make Mango Lassi Sorbet… and now we’re taking it up a notch with a Mango Lassi Matchagatto 🥭🍵💛

It’s creamy, bold, and totally unique — where Indian mango lassi meets Japanese matcha (and a little salty twist if you’re adventurous).

🍨 Recipe (serves 2):

2 scoops Mango Lassi Sorbet (from my last reel)
2 tsp matcha powder
60 ml (¼ cup) hot water
Pinch of ground cardamom
Optional: flakey sea salt to finish

Method:

Whisk matcha with hot water until thick, creamy, and frothy.

Scoop mango lassi sorbet into a glass.

Pour over the hot matcha.

Sprinkle with cardamom, and if you dare… a pinch of sea salt.

Grab a spoon and dig in!
