From the first bite to the last sip, this poolside party was all about fresh, vibrant, and playful flavours — a perfect summer feast to enjoy under the sun. 🌞💦

🍴 Starter vibes:
Golden falafel with creamy tzatziki kicked things off, followed by juicy watermelon skewers with a hint of lime and Tajín. Chilled gazpacho shots — tomato & watermelon and cucumber & mint — kept everyone refreshed, while vegetable summer rolls with a spicy peanut butter dip added colour and crunch.

🍑 Flatbread heaven:
Mini grilled flatbreads with whipped ricotta, grilled peaches, and fresh thyme brought sweet & savoury magic, alongside veggie flatbreads with tomato pesto, grilled courgette, and fresh peas — garden-fresh bites for every taste.
