We made ultra-crispy potatoes yesterday — and today, they’re getting dunked in this smoky, tangy bravas sauce 🔥

Inspired by the Spanish classic:  garlic-infused oil, caramelised tomato purée, sweet smoked paprika, a bit of chilli heat, and a splash of vinegar (plus a dollop of mayo, if you fancy it). Just simple cupboard staples — massive flavour.
