There’s something magical about cooking outside your everyday kitchen — especially when it’s in a sunny little Airbnb finca on Formentera.

This seafood paella was pure sunshine in a pan: smoky, rich, briny, and full of flavour. Made with juicy prawns, clams, whole fish, and a golden homemade seafood broth. Honestly? It felt like I was opening my own beach café 😄
