You’ve nailed every deadline this year but you haven’t made time for yourself.

It’s been non-stop since Q1.

Calendar? Full.
Mind? Foggy.
Snapping at loved ones and wondering, “Wait… why?”

Been there.
And intuitively, I started giving myself space with solo trips. (Bali, Sylt Island..) 

I loved them, each one helped me reset.

But later I realized…
I can find those moments right here, too.

I don’t always need to travel far to feel like myself again.

That’s when I started creating simple solo moments to clear my mind:

→ Table for one (yes, I love it)
→ Journaling at a cozy café
→ Sitting under a tree. Doing… nothing.
→ Getting lost in old photos (time travel, anyone?)

Tiny moments. Big shifts.
Especially for those who don’t know where to start.

Your calendar can hold more than meetings.
